Estimate
Floor Plan Estimate: Get a free estimate from Stratford based on standard specs.
Comprehensive Estimate: We’ll detail all other costs for your move-in-ready home.
Proposal & Plan Set
Phase 1: Drafting and Costing
– Initial blueprints and materials specifications.
Phase 2: Design Refinement
– Adjust blueprints and update specifications as needed.
Plan Set
– Finalized blueprints, including elevations, electrical plans, and cabinet details.
Engineering and State approvals
– Submit plans for Engineering and State approvals after a 1
– Lock in final pricing if no changes are requested.
Production phase
– 40% Build Deposit: Secures pricing and material orders.
– Stratford builds your home.
– Upper Works preps the site, including excavation and foundation.
Shipping and Set
– Shipping the home to your location
– Setting modules on foundation, anchor and dry-in the home.
Final Finishing
– Complete all “stitch work” i.e. siding, roofing, flooring, dry wall, plumbing, electrical, etc.
– Finish basement framing or garages, if applicable.
– Homes with attached or detached Garage will be framed and finished on-site.
– Trim, clean-up, final inspection, and hand over your new home.
